    [摘 要] 目的：探讨针灸的适应症范围及确切疗效。方法：回顾1388人次针灸病房住院治疗患者的有关资料，统计分析针灸科病种与疗效、治疗方法、病源等关系。

    结果：共收治病种104种，病源辖区内占79.97%，辖区外占20.03%，临床治愈率为49.57%，总有效率为96.62%。

    结论：针灸科收治病种广，但病源较局限；神经精神、循环及运动系统疾病是主要病种，而与脑有关的疾病又是重中之重；治疗有效率高，但治愈率有待提高。
